Codename Snow and Tiger are agents of T.A.C.T.I.C. (Trans-Atlantic Counter-Terrorist Intelligence Command), a joint British-American, high-tech covert ops agency dedicated to thwarting international terrorism in all its forms. Unfortunately, Snow/Tiger have diametrically-opposed beliefs and working methods. When T.A.C.T.I.C. reacts to a terrorist incident at the Centre for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, Snow and Tiger instantly find themselves at loggerheads on how best to proceed. But what if they're both wrong? The consequences will be worse than either of them could possibly imagine...
